What a club’s platform does

For padel and tennis, billiards, fitness, gaming clubs: any club where people book time and play together. Booking and payments, partner matching, tournaments, rankings, an in-hall scoreboard, a member card and a panel with load and revenue. Below are mock-ups on made-up data for Form Club.

01Court booking

Players book courts themselves and pay right away

The site and the Mini App show a live grid: courts, tables and halls by the hour, with taken slots visible at once. A player picks an hour and pays in full or splits it four ways: everyone pays their share via a link, and the booking holds until all shares are in. If someone cancels, the freed hour goes to the first person on the waiting list, and they get 15 minutes to answer. The rules are yours: cancellation window, prices by time of day, prime time for members only.

02Find a game

A partner at your level in a couple of minutes

Padel needs four, tennis needs an opponent of your strength. A player opens a game: time, court, level 3.0 to 3.5, and the platform invites matching players by rating, usual time and people they’ve played with. Seats fill up in front of everyone; once four are in, the court is booked and the bill is split evenly. A newcomer makes friends within a week, and the club gets regular games.

03Tournaments

Tournaments without spreadsheets or hand-drawn brackets

Sign-up and the entry fee on the site or in the bot, seeding by rating. The bracket, the match schedule by court and start times build themselves; if a player withdraws, the bracket is rebuilt before the start. The referee or the players enter the score, confirmed by the opponent; the winner appears in the next round at once, and everyone sees when and on which court their match is.

04Scoreboard & stream

The score from the court on the hall screen and straight into the ranking

A booking switches the court lights on at its hour, four players gather, and every point the referee taps on a phone appears on the hall TV in a fraction of a second, without reloading. The same screen plugs into OBS as an overlay if you stream the final. A finished match goes into both players’ ratings by itself, and between matches the board shows the schedule, the season leaders and the next tournament poster.

05Rankings & seasons

A ranking worth coming back for

Every confirmed match changes both players’ ratings, weighted by the opponent’s strength, like chess. Ratings are kept separately for each sport, and seasons give everyone a fresh start: a final table, awards for the best and the most active. A player sees their place, match history and how many points stand between them and the next row.

06Member card

Card, pass and points on the phone

In the Mini App a player has a club card with a QR code: the front desk scans it: entry logged, a game taken off the pass, points added. Any kind of pass: by number of games, by time of day, family, with a freeze. Points are only earned (for games, tournaments and friends brought in) and spent on court time, gear rental or merch. When a pass is running out, the bot offers to renew.

07Coaches & classes

Training sessions people sign up for themselves

Group classes and coaches’ free hours live in one schedule. A player picks a group by level, sees how many spots are left and signs up; if it’s full, they join the waiting list and get a spot when someone cancels. A coach sees the roster in their own cabinet, marks attendance and leaves short feedback after the session, and the club sees load and coach payouts.

08Bot

A bot that calls you to play

The bot reminds a player about the game a couple of hours ahead, and one button answers: “I’m in” or “Can’t make it”, and a freed seat is offered to others at once. After a match it sends the score for confirmation, after a tournament, the results and the rating change. The main button changes with the situation: book, confirm the score, sign up for the next tournament. Mailings go by audience: newcomers, padel players, people who haven’t come in a while.

09Giveaways

Giveaways for members: fair and verifiable

Give away a month at the club, a racket or a tournament spot among people who actually play. You set the rules, say 8 games a month, and the platform builds the entrant list from club data. The seed hash is published before the draw and the seed after: anyone can recompute it and see the winner was picked fairly. The draw can run on the hall scoreboard: on a Friday night it’s a small show.

10Admin panel

Load, revenue and every member on one screen

A heat map shows the hours when courts sit empty. That’s where a “daytime court” deal goes. Revenue by courts, passes, tournaments and coaches by day and by week. Every member has a card with a timeline: bookings, payments, games, points, and any action can be undone. Admins and coaches sign in with 2FA, each with their own permissions, and everything goes into a log.
