What a restaurant’s platform does

Everything the floor, the kitchen and the guests need: booking on a floor plan, menu and ordering in Telegram, a bill with tips, a kitchen screen, points and mailings that bring guests back. Below are mock-ups on made-up data for the restaurant NOIR.

01Table booking

Guests pick their own table on the floor plan

On the site and in the Mini App a guest sees your room as it really is: windows, fireplace, terrace, bar and the tables free at the chosen time. They pick a table, leave a deposit if you’ve set one for Fridays or big parties, and the booking lands with the host at once. Slots allow for seating and clearing, so there are no double bookings. Guests who still call end up on the same plan: the host adds them in two taps.

  • Your real floor plan: zones, table shapes, seat counts
  • Slots allow for seating and clearing, no double bookings
  • Deposits on your rules: Fridays, parties of 6 and more
  • The deposit goes toward the bill; cancellations on your terms
  • Bookings from the site, Telegram and phone in one list

02Menu & ordering

A menu that takes orders: at the table, to go and for delivery

A guest scans the QR on the table and a menu opens in Telegram, already tied to that table. The order goes straight to the kitchen; the waiter sees it too and doesn’t run around with a notepad. The same menu takes timed takeaway orders and delivery in your area. The kitchen runs the stop list: out of oysters, and they grey out for every guest within a second.

  • A QR on every table: orders come with the table number
  • Timed takeaway and delivery by your zones
  • Stop list from the kitchen: the menu updates for everyone
  • Labels: vegetarian, spicy, gluten-free, allergens
  • “Goes well with” hints based on your real bills

03Bill & tips

No waiting for the bill: split it, pay it, tip

Guests don’t have to catch a waiter to ask for the bill: it’s open in the Mini App via the same table QR. The party splits it evenly or by item, and everyone pays their share from their own phone, tip included. Once everything is paid, the table closes itself and the host sees it freeing up. Tips go to the specific waiter and show in the panel, no cash and no end-of-shift arguments.

  • The table’s bill in the Mini App via the table QR
  • Split evenly or by item
  • Tips of 5 / 10 / 15 % or any amount to the right waiter
  • Payment through the provider you connect
  • The table closes itself, the host sees it free

04Kitchen screen

The kitchen sees every order and every minute

Instead of paper tickets, a screen in the kitchen. An order from the table QR, a takeaway or a delivery arrives in one stream and is split by station: hot, cold, bar. Each station has its own timer and its own target: go past it and the timer turns red. Once everything is done, the lamp at the pass lights up and “ready” goes to the waiter or to the guest’s bot. The chef sees which station is overloaded, and you see real ticket times per dish.

  • One stream: dine-in, takeaway, delivery
  • Stations: hot, cold, bar, pastry
  • A timer and a target at every station, overdue in red
  • “Ready” pings the waiter and the guest in Telegram
  • Ticket times per dish and station in the stats

05Bot

A bot that walks the guest from booking to review

Right after booking the bot sends a confirmation with “reschedule” and “cancel” buttons, and an hour before the visit a reminder with the entrance and parking. Takeaway is ready, and the bot says “pick it up at the bar”. After dinner it asks for a rating: a high one gets an invitation to review you on maps, a low one goes to the manager personally rather than into a public review. A cancelled booking frees the table right away.

  • Booking confirmation and rescheduling in one tap
  • A reminder an hour before, fewer no-shows
  • “Your order is ready” for dine-in, takeaway and delivery
  • Post-visit rating: low to the manager, high to the maps
  • The main button changes with what the guest needs now

06Points & tiers

Regulars without a plastic card

Points are added from every bill by themselves: the guest pays via QR or the waiter tags them in the panel, nothing to show at the till. The more often they come, the higher the tier and the rate: “Guest”, “Regular”, “Friend of the house”. On their birthday the bot congratulates them and gives a dessert for the whole week. Points are spent on rewards from your list (coffee, dessert, dinner for two) instead of melting into a discount on everything.

  • Points from every bill, automatically
  • Guest tiers with a growing rate
  • Birthday: a greeting and a gift for the week
  • Rewards for points: coffee, dessert, dinner for two
  • Points are earned only, never sold

07Mailings

A message for the people it’s meant for, not the whole base

You build the audience from what the platform already knows about guests: hasn’t been in a while, loves the terrace, average bill, birthday this month, orders delivery. You write one message with a photo and a “book a table” button, the guest’s name fills itself in, and the bot delivers it to DMs without Telegram blocks. The next day you see how many guests opened it and how many of them booked.

  • Segments: “away 30+ days”, “loves the terrace”, “bill from $40”
  • A message with a photo, the guest’s name and a booking button
  • A queue of ~25 messages/s without Telegram blocks
  • Results: opened, booked, came
  • Auto-flows: “we miss you” on day 30, birthday greetings

08Promos & draw

A weekly draw among people who actually came

Every visit during the week is a ticket to a dinner-for-two draw: tickets come from a bill, not from a repost. The seed hash is posted in the channel before the draw and the seed after, so any guest can check the winner wasn’t hand-picked. On Friday night the draw runs on the screen in the room. Next to it are scheduled promos: happy hours, a business lunch, a compliment from the chef.

  • A ticket per visit with a bill, not per repost
  • A fair pick: hash before, seed after
  • Shown on the room screen, results posted to the channel
  • Scheduled promos switch on and off by themselves
  • Last week’s winner is filtered out automatically

09Guest card

You know the guest before they sit down

Every guest has a card with one timeline: bookings, visits, bills, ratings, gifts and points. The host and the waiter see what matters: allergies, the favourite table, the wine, the occasion. A mistaken accrual or gift is undone with one button and stays in the log. Staff sign in with 2FA and permissions are configurable: a waiter doesn’t see revenue, a manager sees everything.

  • Timeline: bookings, visits, bills, ratings, points
  • Allergies and preferences on the waiter’s screen
  • Undo for any action, recorded in the log
  • Roles and permissions: host, waiter, chef, manager
  • Mandatory 2FA for staff

10Floor & chain live

The whole room and every venue in one window

The manager’s main screen: which tables are taken and which free up soon, revenue and the average bill right now, guests by the hour. With several venues everything switches with one tab: each on its own or the whole chain with venues side by side, sharing one base of guests and points. Under the hood is what holds peak load on a platform we’ve already built: 500 requests a second with zero errors, an event queue without duplicates or losses, backups with nightly restore checks.

  • Live floor: taken, free, freeing up
  • Revenue, average bill and guests by the hour
  • Chain: each venue on its own and all together
  • One guest and points base across the chain
  • 500 requests/s with zero errors, backups with restore checks

Made for your business, not a template

We build a fully custom product of any complexity around your ideas and goals. The core is proven parts that already carry load for our clients, and everything else is built around your process, brand and ideas: from bonus logic to a character and animations.

  • 01

    Your process

First we learn how things work for you now and build the platform around it instead of making you fit a box.

  • 02

    Your brand

Design, copy, illustrations and a character from scratch, for your audience. No borrowed themes.

  • 03

    Your ideas

Any mechanic you come up with, we’ll estimate, break into parts and build. If an idea is risky, we’ll say so and suggest how.
