A platform for companies and manufacturers

A request that arrives already priced with the drawing attached, deals routed to managers, order status and invoices in Telegram, a client portal with reports, the shop floor and field engineers in one system. Clients see where their order is, and nobody has to call the manager.

What you get

  1. 01

    No request gets lost

Each request goes straight to its owner, with its source and full history.

  2. 02

    Clients see the status

Order steps, documents and invoices show up in the portal and in Telegram, no manager calls.

  3. 03

    A team with roles

Sales, production and accounting each see their part and don’t get in each other’s way.

  4. 04

    Requests arrive already priced

The client configures the product and attaches a drawing, so the manager starts with a quote, not with questions.

What a company’s platform does

Everything a manufacturer, service company or supplier working with other businesses needs: a request that arrives already priced, deals routed to managers, a client portal with documents, status updates in Telegram, the shop floor, field engineers, the warehouse, roles and a link to your accounting. Below are mock-ups on made-up data.

01Request & calculator

A one-minute request, already priced, drawing attached

Clients don’t wait for a manager to “run the numbers and call back”. On the site they build the product from parameters (type, size, tiers, finish) and see a price and lead-time estimate right away. A drawing, spec or site photo goes in the same form. You edit the formulas and price list in the admin panel yourself, and the request arrives with the estimate, attachments and source, nothing to ask again.

  • A configurator on your own formulas and price list
  • Attachments: PDF, DWG, site photos
  • Telegram sign-in, and the request lands in the client portal
  • Source tag: site, ads, trade show, referral
  • Form protection from spam and bots

02Deals & managers

Every request reaches its owner in seconds

A request enters the pipeline and goes to a manager by itself: by product line, region or round-robin, you set the rules. If nobody replies within 15 minutes, it escalates to the head of sales. A deal moves through “request → quote → invoice → in production”, and each stage shows the amount, deadline and next step. Meanwhile the client already has a bot message: “request received, your manager is Irina”.

  • Routing by product line, region or round-robin
  • Response control: no reply, escalate to the head
  • Quote and invoice from a template in one click
  • Emails, calls and files in the deal card
  • Manager workload at a glance

03Client portal

Clients see where their order is by themselves

In the Mini App and on the site a client has one portal: every order, its production stage, the shipping date and documents. Quotes, invoices, acceptance reports and specs live in one place instead of getting lost in email. The client signs a stage report right in Telegram: date, time and account go to the log. Several of the client’s staff share the company portal, each with their own rights.

  • Orders with stages and a shipping date
  • Quotes, invoices, reports, specs in one place
  • Report sign-off in the Mini App; legal e-docs via integration
  • Company portal: buyer, accountant, director
  • Repeat a past order in one tap

04Status bot

Order status arrives by itself, no calls needed

The bot messages the client the moment something happens: request received, quote ready, stage finished, order shipped. A stage comes with photos from the shop floor, an invoice with a PDF and a pay button. Payment reminders go out on schedule (three days before, on the due date and after) politely and without accounting lifting a finger. The bot’s main button always leads to what the client needs to do now.

  • A message for every stage with shop-floor photos
  • Invoice PDF and pay-by-link right in the chat
  • Payment reminders on your schedule
  • Next-action button: open quote, sign, pay
  • Ask in the bot, the manager replies there with files

05Production

The order moves through the shop, and the client sees every station

Each order breaks into stations (cutting, welding, painting, packing, shipping) with an owner and a deadline. The foreman closes a station from his phone and takes a photo, and the client instantly gets a bot message with the photo report, while the portal shows the new stage. If a station runs late, the order turns red and the head of production gets an alert. Station load is visible a week ahead, so you know which lead time you can honestly promise a new client.

  • Stations, deadlines and owners for every order
  • Foreman’s tap on the phone sends a stage photo to the client’s bot
  • Overdue in red and an alert to the head
  • Station load a week ahead
  • Deadline changes only with a reason and a client notice

06Field service

The engineer is on the way, and the client sees it

The client files a service request in the bot: picks the unit from their equipment list, describes the problem, attaches a photo. The dispatcher assigns an engineer by schedule and area, and the client sees the arrival time. On site the engineer runs a checklist in the Mini App and takes a photo report, and the client signs the job report right on the engineer’s phone. Each unit’s service history stays in its card.

  • Requests from the bot with photo and serial number
  • Engineer assignment by schedule and area
  • Checklist and photo report in the engineer’s Mini App
  • Client signs on site, the report goes to the portal
  • Service history for every unit

07Warehouse & stock

A warehouse that knows what’s running out

Materials and parts are reserved for an order the moment it’s confirmed: you see not just stock but how much of it is already promised. When free stock drops below the minimum, the system drafts a purchase request to the supplier. Write-offs follow production stages, receipts follow delivery notes. A manager can see at the quote stage whether there’s enough material for the date he’s about to promise.

  • Stock, reserved for orders and free stock
  • Minimum level and an automatic supplier request
  • Write-offs by production stage
  • Availability check right at the quote stage
  • Several warehouses and transfers between them

08Roles & access

Each department sees its own and nothing else

Sales work with deals, production with stages, accounting with invoices and payments, service with field visits. Permissions are a matrix of sections and actions: view, edit, approve. Staff sign in only with 2FA, every action is logged, and any change can be undone. A manager can’t change the price in an issued invoice, and someone who leaves loses access in one click.

  • Permission matrix: section × action
  • Mandatory 2FA for the whole team
  • Action log and undo for any change
  • Sensitive actions need a second person
  • Access revoked in one click

09Analytics

See where the money comes from and where deals leak

The funnel from request to payment shows at which stage clients drop off and which manager closes best. Sources are tracked all the way to money: not “how many requests from the trade show” but how much of it got paid. Revenue by client and product line, receivables and average payment time on one screen. A weekly digest reaches the head in Telegram on Monday morning.

  • Funnel “request → quote → invoice → paid”
  • Sources tracked to money, not to requests
  • Revenue by client, product line and manager
  • Receivables and overdue invoices
  • A weekly digest to the head in Telegram

10Integrations

Linked to your accounting, email and what you already use

The platform doesn’t make you drop familiar systems. Invoices and payments sync with your accounting system (1C, QuickBooks, Xero): a payment arrives, and the order moves to production by itself. An email to the shared inbox becomes a deal with its attachments, a missed call becomes a task for a manager. Already have a CRM, e-docs or spreadsheets? We connect them, and events flow through a queue without duplicates or losses.

  • Accounting: invoices, payments, item catalog
  • Email: a message with a drawing → a deal with the file
  • CRM, e-docs, telephony, Google Sheets via API
  • Event queue without duplicates or losses
  • Live updates in the panel without reloading

Made for your business, not a template

We build a fully custom product of any complexity around your ideas and goals. The core is proven parts that already carry load for our clients, and everything else is built around your process, brand and ideas: from bonus logic to a character and animations.

  • 01

    Your process

First we learn how things work for you now and build the platform around it instead of making you fit a box.

  • 02

    Your brand

Design, copy, illustrations and a character from scratch, for your audience. No borrowed themes.

  • 03

    Your ideas

Any mechanic you come up with, we’ll estimate, break into parts and build. If an idea is risky, we’ll say so and suggest how.

What else we can build for you

  • An AI assistant drafts a quote from the spec
  • New tenders matching your keywords
  • Quality control: an inspection checklist with photos
  • Machine downtime and load from sensors
  • Piece rates and shop-floor time tracking
  • Trips, truck loading and cargo tracking
  • Onboarding and a knowledge base for new hires
  • A client survey after every shipment
  • Your own idea
