Industry 06/07School & courses

A platform for a school or courses

Courses that sell themselves: pay, and the lesson opens. Lessons and homework inside Telegram, reminders and streaks so students don’t quit, and a panel where you see every student.

What you get

  1. 01

    Students finish

Reminders, streaks and points for homework keep the pace.

  2. 02

    Access after payment

The course opens by itself once paid, in full or in instalments; a missed payment pauses access instead of deleting it.

  3. 03

    Progress at a glance

Who’s behind, who handed in, who’s ready for the next course: all in one table.

Four partsOne system

One customer journey through the whole platform.
The data is shared: whatever happens in one part shows up in the others.

What a school’s platform does

Everything an online school, a language school or a tutor needs: courses sold with access the moment they’re paid, lessons and homework inside Telegram, a timetable with reminders, motivation that keeps students going, and a panel where you see every student. Below are mock-ups on made-up data for Step School.

01Catalog & checkout

Paid, and lesson one is already open

The site has a course catalog: syllabus, teacher, start date, seats left in the group and the price. A student pays online by card or in instalments through the connected payment provider, and access opens by itself that same second: the course appears in their portal, the bot sends a welcome and the first lesson. Nobody forwards links by hand or checks bank statements. When a group is full, sign-ups move to a waitlist on their own.

  • Course page: syllabus, teacher, start date, seats
  • Online payment by card or in instalments
  • Access and a welcome in the bot right after payment
  • Promo codes and “course + reviews” bundles, protected from guessing
  • Group full: a waitlist and a note when the next intake opens

02Student path

Students always know what to do next

Each step leads to the next by itself: payment opens the course door, a lesson is followed by homework, marked work comes back as a grade in the bot, and the study streak grows by a day. One account on the site, in the Mini App and in the bot, signed in with Telegram, no passwords. The portal shows every course, progress by module, deadlines and one main button: exactly the next step. For children’s schools there’s parent access: parents see progress and grades without logging into the child’s account.

  • Telegram sign-in, one account everywhere
  • Payment → lesson → homework → grade → streak, no manual steps
  • The main button is exactly the next step
  • Parent access to progress and grades
  • All courses and lesson recordings in one place

03Lesson in the Mini App

Video, notes and a quiz without leaving Telegram

A lesson opens right inside Telegram: video with chapters that resumes where you stopped, notes with examples, lesson files and a short quiz at the end. The next lesson unlocks after the quiz with a pass mark or straight away, if you decide so. The video link is tied to the student and carries their watermark, so the course is awkward to share.

  • Video with chapters, speed and “resume at 12:40”
  • Notes and files for every lesson
  • Quiz: the next lesson unlocks at a pass mark
  • Student watermark on the video
  • Ask the teacher right under the lesson

04Homework

Handed in via the bot, marked in the panel

Students hand in work however suits them: text, a photo of the notebook, a file or a voice note, in the bot or the Mini App. Teachers get a marking queue with deadlines and a group filter: open, grade against criteria, leave a comment in text or voice, and the feedback reaches the student in the bot. Work can be sent back for another try, and every attempt stays in the history.

  • Text, photo, file or voice note
  • Marking queue with deadlines and groups
  • Grading against criteria, voice comments
  • Send back for rework, full attempt history
  • “Marked” arrives in the student’s bot

05Timetable & bot

Group timetables and reminders people actually read

Group and one-to-one timetables live on the site and in the Mini App, and each student sees only their own lessons. The bot reminds a day and an hour before with the lesson link, tells the whole group about a reschedule and sends the recording afterwards. The bot’s main button changes with the person’s state: join the lesson, hand in homework, watch the recording. Mailings go by course, group and intake.

  • Groups, one-to-ones and teacher load
  • Reminders a day and an hour before, with the link
  • Rescheduled lesson: the whole group is told
  • Lesson recording sent to the bot afterwards
  • Mailings by group and intake, ~25 messages/s

06Streaks & points

So they don’t quit in week three

Every day with a lesson or homework extends the streak, and the evening before a miss the bot gently reminds them it’s about to burn. Points come for lessons, homework and streaks and are spent in the school shop: a homework review, an extra lesson, a discount on the next course. Points are earned only, never bought. A weekly group leaderboard shows who’s ahead.

  • Day streaks with a one-miss “freeze”
  • Points for lessons, homework and streaks
  • Shop: a review, an extra lesson, a course discount
  • Ladder tasks: “5 homeworks in a row”
  • Weekly group leaderboard

07Certificate

A certificate anyone can verify

Once the lessons, homework and final test are done, the certificate is issued by itself: name, course, hours, grade and a unique number. Through a QR code or a link an employer or a parent sees the document is genuine. The student gets the PDF in the bot and shares it with one tap, and the next level is offered right alongside it.

  • Issue rules: lessons, homework, final test
  • A PDF in the school’s own style
  • Authenticity check by QR and link
  • The next level offered with the certificate

08Payments & renewals

Instalments, subscriptions and renewals, no spreadsheets

A course sells in full, in instalments or as a monthly subscription, paid online through the connected payment provider. The payment schedule runs itself: the bot reminds three days before a payment, and if it doesn’t arrive, access pauses, but progress and homework are kept. Once paid, lessons are back that same minute. Renewals and moving up a level take one tap; refunds and manual payments go into a log with the author.

  • In full, in instalments or by subscription
  • Payment reminder 3 days ahead
  • No payment: a pause, progress kept
  • Renew or move up a level in one tap
  • Refunds and manual payments logged

09Team & roles

Teacher, curator and admin: each sees their own

Teachers have their groups, a marking queue and their timetable. A curator looks after an intake and messages those falling behind. The admin sees payments, courses and mailings. Permissions are set per section and action, staff sign in with mandatory 2FA, and every action lands in a log: who graded, who opened access, who issued a refund.

  • Teacher portal: groups, marking, timetable
  • Curator: the intake and messages to laggards
  • A permission matrix by section and action
  • Mandatory 2FA and an action log
  • Student card with a timeline and undo

Made for your business, not a template

We build a fully custom product of any complexity around your ideas and goals. The core is proven parts that already carry load for our clients, and everything else is built around your process, brand and ideas: from bonus logic to a character and animations.

  • 01

    Your process

First we learn how things work for you now and build the platform around it instead of making you fit a box.

  • 02

    Your brand

Design, copy, illustrations and a character from scratch, for your audience. No borrowed themes.

  • 03

    Your ideas

Any mechanic you come up with, we’ll estimate, break into parts and build. If an idea is risky, we’ll say so and suggest how.

What else we can build for you

  • An AI assistant gives homework a first pass
  • An AI tutor answers from the course materials
  • Webinars open only to paid students
  • Corporate training with an HR report
  • A placement test that picks the group
  • An alumni club and partner internships
  • Zoom and Google Meet classes from the timetable
  • Course sales through partners on commission
  • Your own idea
